Cis-V-11-0711
Cis-V-11-0711 is the cis form of V-11-0711, a potent and selective inhibitor of Chk-α with an IC50 of 20 nM. V-11-0711 significantly reduces PCho levels and can cause reversible growth arrest. At high concentrations, V-11-0711 induces apoptosis and is applicable in research on cervical cancer and triple-negative breast cancer.
