Ledadotin
Ledadotin is a drug-linker conjugate for ADCs (Antibody-Drug Conjugates) . It consists of a microtubule inhibitor, specifically AuristatinF-hydroxypropylamide, and a linker, BCN-PEG2-Gly-NH-tri (βAla-GGGG-Ser (mPEG8) -βAla-γGlu-Ala) . Ledadotin can be used in the synthesis of ADC Emiltatug ledadotin.
