TCB-32
TCB-32 (Compound I-1) is an FGFR1 agonist with an EC50 of 0.88 μM. It enhances cell proliferation by activating FGFR1 and its downstream ERK1/2, exhibiting excellent thermal stability. TCB-32 can substitute bFGF in serum-free cell culture media and is applicable in research on tissue repair and wound healing-related conditions, such as psoriasis and eczema.
