Anti-TNBC agent-12 (Compound 23a) is a multi-targeted anticancer agent that inhibits HDAC6 with an IC50 of 30.3 nM and targets DNA, while also inducing the release of nitric oxide (NO) . It promotes tumor cell apoptosis and causes cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase. anti-TNBC agent-12 is a potential candidate for the study of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) .
