Multitarget AD-IN-3

Multitarget AD-IN-3 is a neuroprotective agent capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier. It selectively inhibits MAO-B, with an IC50 of 4.42 μM and a selectivity index (SI) of 18.12. Additionally, it scavenges reactive oxygen species (ROS), inhibits Aβ1-42 self-aggregation, reverses Aβ1-42-induced mitochondrial membrane depolarization, and suppresses apoptosis. Multitarget AD-IN-3 is useful in researching neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease.
