CGR-50
CGR-50 is an inhibitor of the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) fusion glycoprotein (F protein) with an EC50 of 19.4 nM against the RSVA2 strain in HEp-2 cells. It prevents RSV entry by binding to the F protein and inhibiting membrane fusion. CGR-50 is applicable in studies related to RSV infections.
