20:4 Lyso PI is a selective agonist of the G protein-coupled receptor GPR55. It induces cell rounding in HEK293 cells expressing GPR55, with an EC50 value of 10 nM. 20:4 Lyso PI promotes RhoA activation and subsequent ROCK-dependent cytoskeletal rearrangement. It activates the ERK signaling pathway and increases intracellular free calcium levels. 20:4 Lyso PI is useful for research in immune disorders.
