IIIM-1266
IIIM-1266 is an inhibitor of the NLRP3 inflammasome. It suppresses the release of IL-1β in murine macrophages (J774A.1 cells) with an IC50 of 2.3 μM and significantly reduces the protein expression levels of mature IL-1β. IIIM-1266 is applicable for inflammation research.
