IN04
IN04 is an inhibitor of leucine-rich repeat kinase 1 (LRRK1) . It fully hinders the binding of ATP to the human LRRK1 kinase domain, thereby suppressing its kinase activity. IN04 significantly reduces the bone resorption capability of osteoclasts, with an IC50 value of 5.72 μM, and is applicable in osteoporosis research.
