SCN2

SCN2 is an esterase-responsive prodrug amphiphile, composed of SN38 and di (triazole-ane N3, N) segments linked through a 7-carbon alkyl chain. It exhibits excellent self-assembly and reversible siRNA condensation properties, along with anticancer cell proliferation activity. SCN2 can be utilized in synthesizing nanoparticles for lung cancer drug delivery.
