SDH-IN-30

SDH-IN-30 (Compound 7m) is a succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.34 μM. It exhibits potent antifungal activity against Rhizoctonia solani and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, with EC50 values of 0.004 μg/mL and 0.028 μg/mL, respectively. SDH-IN-30 also provides significant protective and therapeutic effects against R. solani and inhibits the growth of S. sclerotiorum on rapeseed leaves by disrupting fungal cell structures. This compound is useful in research on fungal infections such as rice sheath blight (RSB) and stem rot caused by sclerotinia (SSR) .
