ALOX5 stabilizer-1

ALOX5 stabilizer-1 is an inhibitor of arachidonic acid 5-lipoxygenase (ALOX5) with a Kd value of 7.26 μM. It reduces protein levels of β-catenin and subsequently inhibits the STAT3 signaling pathway. ALOX5 stabilizer-1 induces apoptosis in lung cancer cells and hampers their migration and proliferation, making it useful for research on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) .
