VASH1/2-IN-1 (LV87) is a potent epoxide-based covalent inhibitor targeting tubulin detyrosination. It selectively inhibits VASH1/2 enzymes, with IC50 values for VASH1 and VASH2 being 0.007 μM and 0.09 μM, respectively.
