This compound exhibits strong anti-tumor activity, enhances H3K27 trimethylation in ovarian cancer cells, and suppresses α-SMA expression in NNMT-expressing ovarian fibroblasts. It also reduces 1-MNA levels in cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs), reverses low SAM and H3K27 methylation, and significantly diminishes collagen contractility.
