CDN-3
CDN-3 (Compound 10) is a cyclic dinucleotide derivative. It can stimulate THP-1 cells to secrete IFN-β, activate the IRF-3 and NF-κB pathways, and induce the production of type I interferons and pro-inflammatory factors such as IL-6 and TNF-α. Additionally, CDN-3 can inhibit the proliferation of CT26 cancer cells and is useful for colon cancer research.
