Lamivudine triphosphate TEA
Lamivudinetriphosphate (3TCTP) TEA is a phosphorylated form of Lamivudine, a nucleoside analogue. It inhibits the reverse transcriptase of the HIV or HBV virus, preventing viral replication through chain termination. Additionally, Lamivudine triphosphate TEA is an inhibitor of RdRp activity in the HCV NS5B subunit. It can also be incorporated into nascent RNA by SARS-CoV-2 RdRp, thereby halting mutations in new SARS-CoV-2 RNA.
