ALK-IN-33
ALK-IN-33 (Compound 8q) is an orally active ALK inhibitor with an IC50 of 1.61 nM. It selectively targets ALK-positive cancer cells, inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, thereby significantly inhibiting their migration, invasion, and long-term survival. ALK-IN-33 is applicable for the study of non-small cell lung cancer.
