VARS1-IN-2
VARS1-IN-2 (Compound 2901) is a specific inhibitor of VARS1 with a Kd of 0.014 μM. It does not affect VARS1 expression at the mRNA or protein levels. The compound exhibits anti-prostate cancer activity primarily by disrupting the tRNA aminoacylation activity of VARS1, rather than altering its expression.
