P38-α MAPK-IN-11

P38-α MAPK-IN-11 (Compound 4C) is a selective blood-brain barrier-penetrable inhibitor of P38α MAPK, with an IC50 of 43 nM. It exhibits minimal inhibitory activity against other MAPK isoforms, such as p38β, p38γ, and p38δ, with IC50 values of > 100 nM, > 100 nM, and 48.6 mM, respectively. In rat models resembling Alzheimer’s disease, p38-α MAPK-IN-11 demonstrates significant neuroprotective and anti-neuroinflammatory effects. This compound is valuable for Alzheimer's disease research.
