JT71
JT71 is an inhibitor of the Klebsiella pneumoniae type III fimbrial transcription activator MrkH. It decreases the activity of the Klebsiella pneumoniae mrkA promoter and effectively inhibits biofilm formation without affecting cell viability. JT71 can be used in the study of Klebsiella pneumoniae infections.
