CZS-241 hydrochloride

CZS-241 hydrochloride is an orally active, selective inhibitor of Polo-like Kinase 4 (PLK4) with an IC50 of 2.6 nM. It also inhibits TRKA, with an IC50 of 2.74 μM. CZS-241 hydrochloride induces apoptosis and arrests the cell cycle at the S/G2 phase. It demonstrates potent antiproliferative activity against leukemia cell lines while exhibiting safety in normal cell lines.
