GRL-03022 is a potent and highly selective non-covalent inhibitor of G protein-coupled receptor kinase 5 (GRK5), with an IC50 of 60 nM. It demonstrates over 16,000-fold selectivity for GRK5 compared to GRK2 (IC50 > 1000 μM) . GRL-03022 is applicable in research related to heart failure and cancer.
