Washed whole erythrocytes were prepared from fresh blood and used for intravenous immunization. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure

Purified hyperimmune rabbit IgG lyophilized from a solution in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2) . No preservative added. IgG protein concentration 10 mg/ml. No foreign proteins added.
Storage Conditions
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
