Zymolyase (Arthrobacter luteus) is a lytic enzyme primarily found in the bacterium Arthrobacter luteus. This enzyme possesses β-1,3-glucanase activity, enabling it to remove the electron-dense outer layer of Plasmodium falciparum cell walls, thereby exposing the electron-transparent layer.
