N-Acetylglucosaminyltransferase IVa (MGAT4A) is a glycosyltransferase that enhances cancer cell migration, invasion, and adhesion capabilities. It increases the β1,4GlcNAc-branched glycans on tumor-associated glycoprotein integrin β1 (ITGB1), which is closely related to cell motility.
