8-Azido-ATP trisodium

8-Azido-ATP (8-N3-ATP) trisodium is a photolabile nucleotide analog used for identifying proteins such as DNA-dependent RNA polymerase. As a click chemistry reagent, 8-Azido-ATP trisodium features an azide group that can engage in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions (CuAAc) with alkyne-containing molecules. Additionally, it can participate in strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
