Ravenelin is a flavonoid compound isolated from the endophytic fungus Exserohilum rostratum. It exhibits antiprotozoal and antibacterial properties, with activity against Gram-positive bacterial strains. Ravenelin can be used in the development of lead compounds, particularly for studying its potential application in the treatment of Chagas Disease (Chagas Disease) .
