Hibarimicin A
Hibarimicin A is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It selectively inhibits the activity of src tyrosine kinase without affecting protein kinase A and C. Additionally, Hibarimicin A exhibits moderate activity against Gram-positive bacteria with a MIC ranging from 0.8 to 12.56 μg/mL.
