DSPE-PEG-NHS, MW 2000 is a polyethylene glycol-modified phospholipid derivative widely used in liposome preparation. It is often used as a cross-linking arm to functionalize the liposome surface, thereby endowing the carrier with targeted delivery properties. At present, it is mostly used in basic and applied research related to drug delivery systems.
