Biotin-PEG10-azide
Biotin-PEG10-azide (Biotin-PEG10-N3) is a PEG derivative that integrates biotin, 10 PEG units, and an azide group. Biotin can form a stable, non-covalent bond with streptavidin. The azide group allows for copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing alkyne groups and enables strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with DBCO or BCN group-containing molecules.
