Endo-BCN-PEG8-amine (Endo-BCN-PEG8-NH2) is a cross-linker used in click chemistry. The BCN group shows high reactivity with azide-labeled molecules. The amino group reacts effectively with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, and carbonyl compounds (such as ketones and aldehydes) .
