Voxalatamab (JNJ-63898081) is a bispecific IgG4 antibody targeting PSMA and CD3. Voxalatamab attacks PSMA-expressing tumor cells by activating T cells. Voxalatamab has anticancer activity and is being studied for the treatment of solid tumors such as prostate cancer[1][2].
