Nitrobenzylthioinosine 5'-monophosphate
Nitrobenzylthioinosine 5'-monophosphate (NBMPR-P) is a nucleoside analogue and the prodrug form of the potent nucleoside transport inhibitor Nitro-benzylthioinosine (NBMPR) . NBMPR-P effectively obstructs nucleoside transport in vivo and mitigates host toxicity in tumor-bearing mice subjected to high-dose tuberculin administration.
