Antiviralagent 69 (Compound L2) is an inhibitor targeting the capsid protein residue THR155, effectively hindering plant virus intercellular transport. It exhibits excellent antiviral activity against Potato virus Y (PVY), with an inactivation EC50 of 128.10 μg/mL. Antiviralagent 69 significantly reduces virus accumulation in the host plant Nicotiana benthamiana, showing potential for novel pesticide research and development.
