Diaminobiotin
Diaminobiotin is a biotin analogue that enhances the transcriptional activity of IL-2 and IL-2R genes in Jurkat cells. It does not alter the abundance of total carboxylase or the activity of propionyl-CoA carboxylase in Jurkat cells.
