ADPRP

ADPRP is an intranuclear enzyme that primarily uses NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) as a substrate to attach ADP-ribose units to chromatin-bound proteins, including the ADPRP enzyme itself. This process, known as poly (ADP-ribosyl) ation, is a post-translational modification that can modulate interactions between DNA and nuclear proteins.
