Antitumor agent-177
Antitumor agent-177 (compound 57) is a non-steroidal NSC12 derivative exhibiting strong affinity for FGF2, with a Kd of 24 μM determined by SPR. It significantly inhibits the formation of the HSPG/FGF2/FGFR1 ternary complex. This compound effectively suppresses FGFR activation in multiple myeloma (MM) cells and demonstrates potent antitumor activity both in vitro and in vivo.
