Apoptosis inducer 19
Apoptosisinducer 19 (Compound 7g) is an apoptosis inducer. It enhances the expression of pro-apoptotic proteins (Bax and caspase-3) while downregulating anti-apoptotic protein (Bcl-2) . Additionally, it increases cellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels and disrupts mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) . Apoptosisinducer 19 can be utilized in research on triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) .
