Antitumor agent-156 (Compound 20) induces DNA damage and mitochondrial dysfunction, enhances reactive oxygen species production, triggers endoplasmic reticulum stress, and leads to apoptosis, autophagy, and ferroptosis. It exhibits excellent antitumor activity against cancer cells, including those resistant to Cisplatin, and demonstrates effective liver-targeting capabilities.
