Biotin-PEGn-NHS ester
Biotin-PEGn-NHS ester is a biotin-labeled PROTAC linker that belongs to the PEG class and is utilized in the synthesis of PROTAC molecules. This compound interacts with free neutral avidin in solution to effectively target malignant glioma cells. Additionally, Biotin-PEGn-NHS ester can be grafted onto the amino groups of GelMA to create biotin-modified functional hydrogels, known as gelatin methacryloyl (Bio-GelMA) .
