HOAT-IN-1
HOAT-IN-1 (compound 5) is a mechanistic inhibitor of human ornithine aminotransferase (hOAT) . As a time-dependent inhibitor, hOAT-IN-1 forms a tightly bound PLP inhibitor adduct with hOAT, resulting in the active site of hOAT being tightly occupied. This compound is applicable in the research of hepatocellular carcinoma.
