PPO-IN-12 (Compound E-Ic) is an inhibitor of tobacco protoporphyrinogen IX oxidase (NtPPO) with a Ki of 3 nM. It possesses broad-spectrum herbicidal properties and demonstrates effective inhibitory activity against broadleaf weeds.
