Phospho-STAT3-IN-2 (compound 4D) is a STAT3 inhibitor that effectively inhibits the phosphorylation of STAT3. In mouse xenograft tumor models, phospho-STAT3-IN-2 significantly reduces tumor size without exhibiting drug toxicity to other organs or tissues.
