ATP Synthesis-IN-3

ATP Synthesis-IN-3 (compound 31) is an inhibitor of ATP hydrolysis that provides a protective effect during myocardial ischemia. It increases ATP levels in ischemic myocardial cells, enhances the phosphorylation of PKA and substrate proteins, and inhibits ischemia-induced apoptosis (cell apoptosis) .
