LCL-PEG3-N3 is a bait oligonucleotide E3 ligase ligand used for developing chimeric molecules like LCL-ER (dec) to degrade estrogen receptors. As a click chemistry reagent, it includes an Azide group that can participate in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups.
