Azido-PEG7-PFP ester is a PROTAC linker belonging to the PEG class, used in PROTAC molecule synthesis. This compound is a click chemistry reagent featuring an Azide group, enabling copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules that have DBCO or BCN groups.
