TSWV-IN-2

TSWV-IN-2 (Compound Z9) is an inhibitor of the Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV) N protein, with an EC50 of 65.3 μg/mL against TSWV. By targeting the TSWV N protein, TSWV-IN-2 disrupts its aggregation with RNA, thereby inhibiting the replication of viral ribonucleoproteins and exhibiting broad-spectrum activity against plant viruses.
