GDC-2394 sodium salt is an orally active selective NLRP3 inhibitor that concurrently inhibits IL-1β with IC50 values of 0.4 μM (human) and 0.1 μM (mouse) . This compound specifically inhibits NLRP3-induced caspase-1 activity without affecting NLRC4-dependent inflammasome activation.
