Phenazostatin B
Phenazostatin B is a phenazine derivative known for its neuroprotective properties. It acts by scavenging free radicals, protecting N18-RE 105 neuronal cells from glutamate-induced toxicity, and inhibiting lipid peroxidation. It inhibits glutamate toxicity in N18-RE-105 cells, with an EC50 of 0.33 μg/mL.
