Dutomycin is a SERPINB6 inhibitor with a binding constant (KD) of 1.236 μM. It can induce autophagy and apoptosis in cancer cells and suppresses the growth of cancer cells in zebrafish xenotransplant models. Dutomycin holds potential for cancer research.
